His grace

My sweet "Papa" went home to be with the Lord yesterday (June 15, 2010.) He will be so missed. He was a great grandpa to us, and a wonderful great-grandpa to my kids! Daniel loved his Papa very much, and this will be a hard adjustment for him also.

So many people (including his children) are mourning Papa; but my heart truly aches for Nana. They were married over 54 years, and she is missing him more than words can express. I know Papa has no more sickness, and is having quite a reunion with my Dad (his son,) but Nana will forever {on this earth} have a whole in her heart. Christ's grace and compassion are all we have to get us through these difficult times, and I can say from personal experience that that grace is sufficient! To God be the glory for Papa's life!

We will miss you Papa, but know we will see you again! xoxo
